They targeted schools. We did too

They targeted schools. We did too.

But they came with bombs. We came with hope and care.

They left behind dead children and broken hearts. We left children feeling a little more alive, with happier hearts.

The Israelis have attacked the school we visited today many times before. Today, we went there to give the students school bags and stationery.

The enemy has attacked almost every school in Gaza, and is doing the same in other places. They are willing to use all their force to seek victory, even if it means destroying schools and the lives of students.

I choose to do the opposite.

Through personal efforts, I have been able to help thousands of children and save some lives during this genocide. And I will never stop doing humanitarian work, especially work that supports children.

With Eid al-Fitr coming in just 10 days, I've managed to gather some funds to buy Eid clothes for children who have lost almost everything. But I want to do this on a much bigger scale.

Please help if you can. For many of these children, something as simple as new Eid clothes can restore a piece of childhood, even if just for a day.

Sometimes I ask myself: in the middle of everything that's happening, who would care about the small things I'm trying so desperately to do? My desperation doesn't come from my own desire to do these things, but from the desperation I see in children's eyes every time I try to help, and from the immense needs all around them.

I just spoke with a store manager. Our package for each child will include at least three colorful and beautiful sets. One package will cost around $35.

Who cares enough to support me in doing this for as many children as possible?
