Today, I swam for the first time since the war began, with my friends and my younger brother. It was fun.

Hello people, as you know, for the last 10 months, we have been brutally attacked by lsrael. As a doctor, I have witnessed unbearable atrocities. My physical and mental health has declined. l am unable to flee Gaza for the time being. But I need help to prepare myself to leave once we are able to.
